弹性转子系统动力学行为

摘    要:提出了考虑机匣弹性、机匣与定子间的弹性联接和陀螺效应的碰摩转子动力学系统模型;运用数值积分方法获取了系统响应,分析了机匣与圆盘质量比和双圆盘偏心矩比对转子系统分岔与混沌行为的影响.结果发现,系统进入混沌的路径主要是阵发性混沌和周期3经倍分岔进入混沌;与刚性支承的情况加以比较,发现系统的弹性对混沌响应有一定的抑制作用.分析结果表明:机匣弹性使混沌响应的区域缩小,高阶临界转速减小,对高阶临界转速和共振振幅的影响比较大,而对低阶临界转速和共振振幅的影响较小.
