| 摘 要： | 用自行提取的槲寄生总碱,分不同剂量每天给植瘤小鼠腹腔注射,证明槲总碱在较高剂量(90 mg/kg)时对小鼠实体瘤(S180)和瘤性腹水的生长均有显著的抑制作用.另外,用同样的给药方法,证明槲总碱对实验性炎症反应也有显著的抑制作用.

| Abstract: | Total alkaloid of viscum is extracted in our laboratory.The total alkaoid was intra-abdominal injected,once a day,to mice which was transfered with tumor cells of S 180 .The results show that the total alkaloid has significant antitumor function(90 mg/kg)for both solid carcinoma and ascites carcinoma.Other study with the same method shows the total alkaloid also has significant anti-inflammatory function.; |
