| 摘 要： | 本文用纸层析法分离了玉米秸中的木糖、果糖和葡萄糖。纸层析用的展开剂是正丁醇、醋酸和水，木糖、果糖、葡萄糖的Ｒ_ｆ值分别为０．１４９４、０．２２２８、０．２８７５，用硫酸一苯酚法对它们的含量进行测定分别为１１．２３％、４．３２％和２．２５％。

| Abstract: | This article, by using paper chromalographic analysis, xylose, fructose and glucose are separated, whose R_f values are respectively 0. 1494, 0. 2228, 0. 2875. By using phenyl hadrate sulfuric acid method their contents are determined as 11. 23 %, 4. 32 % and 2. 25 % respectively. |
