| 摘 要： | 本文对两个抽彩之间存在相互关联性的发展状况和存在问题进行了分析和研究，并将该问题连同不同决策主体之间偏好共享，以及抽彩环境、抽彩关联对效用的作用一并加以考虑，首次从决策主体、环境和决策目标这个系统的角度来考察效用的联系性。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the current situation of the interrelation of two lotteries and its problems have been analyzed and studied. This issue,as well as the shared perference of different subjectives and the influences that lottery background exerts on utility are considered together. This is the first time that the relation of utility is examined from the angle of the system of the decision subjective, background and objectives. |
