贡嘎山湾坝乡大熊猫的数量调查及方法比较

摘    要:利用路线法于2003年5月对贡嘎山保护区所属湾坝乡盐水塘进行调查,与以往不同,作者应用了7种处理方法,筛选了具有不同结果的2种方法即最远距离法和Ward’s法对粪便咬节值进行聚类分析,并结合实际情况来进行判断.结果表明,在不足20km^2的研究面积上,共生活着3只大熊猫,2只在沟谷的最里边,1只在另一个沟口.

Abstract:There are many methods to study the population of wild animals ,but because giant pandas live in deep mountain,so it is difficult to see the entity.The authors used road method to survey the number of the giant panda with the droppings as indirect indication.Ten trails were created in about 20 km~2 area.The authors used 7 methods and selected Farthest neighbor method and Ward's method to analyse. Cluster analysis is combined with the paractical situation ,the result shows the number of the giant panda in the study area is 3 ,one lived at the mouth of valley,otherwise the other lived in deep valley. Age measurement could not be estimated.The authors put forward some practical advice at last.
