吸宫术致游离宫内膜迁移腹腔的机理探讨

摘    要:本文根据空气动力学原理,通过计算,阐明负压吸宫术时因宫腔内外存在压力差,取出吸管后通过颈管的高速气流在宫腔内发生“湍流”现象,致使子宫内膜细胞迁入腹腔的概率比非手术时明显增加,从而说明吸宫术导致异位症发病率升高是完全可能的.为预防吸宫术后异位症的发生,去除其潜在因素,提出术时使用双腔入流吸管代替现行的单腔吸管,即可降低宫内膜迁入腹腔的概率.

Abstract:In this article, according to aerodynamicsprinciple it is stated through calculations that when artific-ail abortion operation is made under negative pressure, theprobability happens for endometrium cells to be removed intoabdomen in the turbulent flow and in non-operation, It is pro-ved that the probability in operation is much more than thatin non-operation. It can be shown that negative pressure artif-cial abortion will canse endometriosis to increase. In orderto prevent endometriosis arisen from operation,it is advisableto use double cavity tube in stead of one cavity tube in indu-ced abortion by negative pressure.
