| 摘 要： | 简要叙述了商务公园的产生及反映其发展厍程的特征各异的４个主要时期。通过对商务公园产生与发展的社会背景分析，认为其出现具有必要性，同时比较了它与传统公园的区别。指出商务公园在规划设计上的优点和对社区环境建设的影响，在欧美的成功范例 了它在我国的美好前景。
