| 摘 要： | 功率控制技术是3G的核心技术之一。针对常用功率控制技术无具体的实现方法及无具体的SIRo的测量算法等不足，给出了一个改进的实际功率控制方案——反向闭环功控方案及其基于SIR测量的功率控制算法。

| Abstract: | The power control technique is one of the core techniques for 3G beehive mobile communication system.To solve the lack of SIRo measuring arithmetic and realization method in the normal power control techniques,an improved method for actual power control is developed as reverse closed loop power control project and power control arithmetic based on SIR. |
