基于PLC的太阳开水热水系统智能变频控制研究

摘    要:利用PLC控制技术和变频调速技术成功地开发了太阳开水、热水全自动智能化控制系统.该控制系统采用模块化设计,可根据用户需要进行功能扩展,增加其它控制功能.应用的效果表明,该控制系统实现了对整个太阳开水、热水系统的全程智能化自动控制;同时系统运行稳定、节能效果显著,在保持水质、水温、水压平稳性及操作方便性和可靠性等方面都具有明显优势,应用前景广阔.

Abstract:This study has successfually dereloped a solar hot water and hot water automatic intelligent control system uses PLC control technology and frequency control technique. The control system uses modular design, functionality can be expanded according to user needs, to add other control functions. Effect of the application showed that the control system implementation of the entire solar hot water and hot water system of the whole intelligent automatic control;while the system have obvious advantages of running stable,energy-saving effect significant in maintaining water quality,water temperature,pressure and operating convenience of stable and reliable, etc.. The application prospect is broad.
