舒喘灵和溴化异丙托品联合雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作

目的：观察舒喘灵、溴化异丙托品联合吸入在儿童哮喘急性发作治疗中的疗效，方法：将62例患儿随机分为两组：联合组和单纯组，在相同基础治疗的前提下，观察联合组临床症状缓解情况，结果联合组对治疗儿童哮喘急性发作完全缓解率明显高于单纯组，两组对照有显著性差异，且对于不同年龄的哮喘患儿均有明显疗效，结论：舒喘灵、溴化异丙托品联合吸入对解除支气管痉挛、缓解喘息症状、缩短发作时间疗效显著。

Effect of Combined Inhalation Theracy of Salbutamol and Ipraropium Bromide on Children Actute Asthma

Purpose:to observe the effect of combined inhalation therapy of Salbutamol and Ipratropium Bromide on children with acute asthma episode.Method:divide 62 patient children into two similar control groups:combined group and single group, using the same basic treatment, to observe the relief results of the clinical symptoms of the combined group.Results:the complete relief rate of the acute children asthma of the combined group was obviously higher that that of the single group, their results had obvious difference.The combined therapy has obvious effects on children with asthma of different ages.Conclusion:the combined inhalation therapy of Salbutamol and Ipratropium Bromide has obvious effects on removing bronchial convulsion,relieving wheezing symptoms and shortening incidence period.
