贻贝棘尾虫休眠包囊胞质的电镜酶细胞化学

摘    要:该文应用电镜酶细胞化学方法显示,贻贝棘尾虫休眠包囊中,在胞质嗜锇粒和拟糖原粒区,酸性磷酸酶反应颗粒聚集于具有消化泡状体上,葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶反应也定位在自噬泡膜位置。作者据所得结果推测,嗜锇粒可能是棘尾虫休眠包囊中用于自噬作用的主要结构成分,休眠细胞代谢过程中质膜结构也具有补充形成消化泡膜的作用。

Abstract:By means of the electron microscopic enzymo cytochemistry, it was observed that the activity of acid phosphatase was localized on the autophagic vacuole, the enzyme reaction granules gather to form the vacuolar bodies of various shapes in the cytoplasmic region of the osmiophilic and paraglycogen granules in resting Stylonychia mytilus . Also, the activity of glucose 6 phosphatase was confined to the autophagic vacuole. It is supposed from the above results that the osmiophilic granule might be an important component, which is utilized during theautophagocytosis in the resting cell. Membranous cytoplasmic structures play a supplementary function for forming the membrane of the digestive vacuole during the cell metabolism.
