| 摘 要： | 中世纪大学自治是特定历史条件下的产物,它主要分为"教师大学"自治和"学生大学"自治两种模式。本文主要从内外两方面分析以巴黎大学为代表的"教师型大学"和以波隆那大学为代表的"学生型大学"后期自治权衰落的原因,并探讨对现代大学自治的启示。
