| 摘 要： | 合成了端修饰的聚合物分散剂，并研究了其在钛白、铁红颜料上的吸附性能．其中分散剂的合成分为3步，首先以巯基乙酸为链转移剂通过自由基链转移聚合反应合成了端羧基聚丙烯酸正丁酯，当链转移剂与单体的摩尔比大于2％时，可以得到高端基官能团化的聚合物．利用甲苯二异氰酸酯作为扩链剂在聚合物的链端偶联上多乙烯多胺作为吸附端．并探讨了分子量、溶剂等因素对分散剂在钛白颜料上吸附量的影响，并与在铁红颜料上的吸附作了对比，在铁红颜料上化学吸附的成分更多。达到95％，而在钛白颜料上化学吸附成分较低．

| Abstract: | In this work,end-modified block polymer dispersants was synthesized and the adsorption properties of it on two inorganic pigments,titanium pigment and iron oxide red pigment were studied.Free radical polymerization in the presence of functioalized chain-transfer agents thioglycoacid(TGA)was used to prepare carboxyl group terminated polybuty lacrylate and toluene di-isocynate(TDI)was used as the coupling agents to incorporate the polyetheneimine into the end of polymer.The effects of molecular weight,solvent and pigments on the adsorption amount were dicussed. |
