| 摘 要： | 本文针对高速钢刀具和普通硬质合金刀具的主要磨损形式,设计了一种新型的刀具耐磨涂料.该涂料主要是从改善刀具的润滑状况,降低切削温度的角度,来延长刀具的使用寿命的.本文从摩擦磨损的角度对该涂料的耐磨机理进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | This article in the light df the main wear type of high speed steel tool and common hard alloy tool, design'es a new kind wear resistance coating. The coating is used for extending the tools life from improving the condition of lubrication decreasing cutting temperature. The coating procedure is very easy and cost is lower. The article also disscusses the mechanism of wear and friction of the coating. |
