旋转碳颗粒对端头帽烧蚀的影响

摘    要:碳/碳复合材料在强激波作用下出现烧蚀与剥蚀,剥蚀下来的碳颗粒由多种因素(如几何形状、速度梯度等)引起旋转.根据气动热力学、传热传质学、N-S方程,分析了战略导弹再入时端头帽烧蚀与碳颗粒的旋转效应,研究结果表明碳颗粒的旋转有利于防热.

Abstract:The ablation and denudation of carbon/carbon composites appear under the condition of strong shock wave and the circumgyration of carbon grain denuded is brought about by many kinds of factors, such as geometry shape and velocity grades. The effect on circumgyration of carbon grain and the ablation of nose-tip during re-entry of stratagem missile is analyzed according to thermal transfer theory, thermo-aerodynamics and N-S equation. The result presents that the circumgyration of carbon grain is benefit to thermal protection.
