摘    要:本文提出了一套以人工智能为基础,关于大型水利工程多目标决策的决策支持系统的框架,该系统集数据库、知识库、决策方法以及选择规则为一体,能较好地反映出决策人的偏好,决策人对于不同的问题,可以根据自己的偏好得到满意的决策结果.

Abstract:This article deals with a framework of decision support system(DSS)for multi-objective integrated assessment on a large-scale hydraulic engineering project based on the artificial intelligent tehniqus. The data base, knowledge base, decision methods and rules of choice are integrated in one logic structure. It is capable of reflecting the decision-maker's preference flexibly. The characteristics of decision on a large-scale hydraulic project are described. Typical rules of choice for a decisionmethod are discussed. The uncertain reasoning in coping with uncertainty of decision is investigated at some length. The man-machine interactive decision process is demonstrated.
