| 摘 要： | 以土壤中筛选得到的产异淀粉酶的细菌YDF30为出发菌株,进行了紫外线和硫酸二乙酯复合诱变处理.从大量的突变株中筛选得到1株高产异淀粉酶的菌株HY19,酶活力达230.1U/mL,比原出发菌株提高了4.08倍。

| Abstract: | The original bacteria YDF30 producing acidic isoamylase was isolated from the soil,after UV and DES mutagenetic treatments,a high-yielding mutant HY19 was obtained from a lot of mutants.The strain’s isoamylase activity reached 230.1 U/mL,a 4.08-fold increased than the original strain. |
