注塑成型流动过程CAE技术的应用

摘    要:为缩短产品开发周期、降低成本及提高产品质量 ,越来越多的企业使用 CAE(Computer Aided Engineering)技术进行工艺参数优化。文章首先介绍了注塑模 CA E的概念及其发展状况 ,用注塑模 CA E中的 Moldflow软件进行浇口位置优化 ,模拟注塑件成型的流动过程 ,并对一系列结果进行分析 ,结果证明 ,注塑件在填充时成型良好 ,满足生产工艺条件。

Abstract:The technology of Computer Aided Engineering(CAE) is being used by more and more enterprises to optimize process parameters so as to reduce the development cycle and cost of products and improve the quality. In this paper,the conception and application situation of plastic injection molding simulation based on CAE technology is introduced. Then,the shell design of a certain type of Beep Pager is taken as an example. The gate location is optimized,and the flowing process of injection molding is simulated by using Moldflow software. A fine plastic part can be obtained during filling stage,and the process conditions can be fulfilled. The key points in applying CAE technology is also discussed.
