摘    要:该文对静电偏转型聚焦偏转系统的结构作了分析研究。给出了圆柱坐标中静电聚焦(旋转对称)场和静电偏转(非旋转对称)场的解析解。讨论了磁聚焦和静电偏转复合场中有关电子运动方程的求解方法。并用矩阵方法对28项电位函数的偏导数作了优化处理。最后给出了有关静电偏转型实验样管的计算结果。

Abstract:In this paper,the structure for the focus deflection svs-tem of the electrostatic deflection type is studied and analyzed. This paper is to give the analytic solution for electrostatic focus.(rotary symmetry)and electrostatic deflection(non-rotary symmetry)field in cylindrical coordinates. The method is discussed of solving general equation of motion for an electron in the mixed field which is pro-duced by the combination of the electromagnetic focus field and the electrostatic deflection field. The optimum processing for twenty-eight derivatives of the potential function is performed by a matrix method. In the end,this paper presents calculation results for the test tube with electrostatic deflection type.
