火炮点火初期膛内火药床运动规律研究

摘    要:利用连续三幅脉冲X光摄影技术,获得了30mm玻璃钢火炮膛内早期点火阶段药床运动状况的阴影照片和示踪药粒沿药室轴向的运动速度。结果表明,火药床的运动规律与点火结构密切相关,均匀的中心传火管点火形式可以明显减弱火药床在弹底的堆积,对压力波起了抑制作用。

Abstract:By using the radiography which can trigger three times continually,we suceed in obtaining the streak photographs of particle movement and the axial velocity of trace particle along the chamber at the initial ignition stage in a 30 mm gun made of glass fiber reinforced plastics. According to the results ,it is found that the movement of the propellant beds is closely related to the igniter structure. The accumulation of the propellant beds at projectile base can be weakened by center-core igniter and pressure waves can also be restrained effectively.
