| 摘 要： | 提出新产品开发项目中的后备盟友选择问题，建立非线性0－1机会约束规划模型，通过为各项开发活动选择后备盟友，实现项目整体失败风险最小化。根据模型的特点，设计带有随机网络模拟程序的遗传算法寻求后备盟友的最佳组合，仿真计算证明了算法的有效性和模型的实际应用价值。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the problem of backup partner selection in new product development project is proposed. The problem is described by a non linear 0 1 chance constrained programming model. The model's objective is that by selecting backup partner for each activity to minimize the whole project's failure risk. A stochastic network simulation embedded genetic algorithm approach is designed to find the optimal solution. Simulation results show that the approach has high efficiency and the model has potential to practical applications. |
