| Abstract: | This paper puts forward some methods and approaches for improving the utilization rate and utilization efficiency of back issues and literatures of university libraries in regions inhabited by minority ethnic groups from three aspects of the qualities and abilities that librarians should possess,the innovation of the management and service method and the deep development of back issues and literatures information resources. |
