| 摘 要： | 随着Internet的发展，国内上网图书馆的数量日益增多，在网上拥有自己的网站和网页，发布信息，对外宣传自我，改善服务方式，扩大服务范围，提高服务质量，共享网络资源是信息化数字化的信息时代的需求，文章论述了中小图书馆在没有技术和资源优势的前提下，设计有自己特色的网页的方法。
