氧载体强化传氧的研究Ⅱ

摘    要:分别对以液态烷烃和全氟化碳为氧载体的双液相发酵系统的一些参数进行了测定,分析了氧载体强化氧传递的机理。通过对该系统在机械搅拌罐中有关性能的测定,探讨了操作变量与氧传递速率之间的规律,结果表明:发酵系统中加入氧载体,可提高K_(L)a值30%以上。

Abstract:In this paper, main factors of oxygen transfer enhancement were found by determining and analysing the important properties of the two-liquid phase system in which liquid paraffin and perfluocardon are used as oil phase. Experiments were carried out in a machanically agitate aerated bioreacotr. The relations betweent the operating parameters and oxygen transfer rate were discussed. The results indicate that the K_(L)a were enhanced by over 30% in two-liquid phase system.
