应用尿激酶预防屈肌腱粘连的实验研究

选用４８只３月龄、体重为２ｋｇ的白来亨鸡，分为实验组及阳性对照组，对侧肢体为阴性对照组，术后第５、１０、２０、３５天分别观察肌腱水肿度、肌健主动屈曲度及肌腱屈曲功，并做病表明，应用尿激酶能使实验组肌腱水肿度减轻，肌腱的主动屈曲度及屈曲功有效所善，并与阳性对照组比较有显著性差异。

PREVENTING FROM THE ADHESION OF FLEXOR TENDON WITH UROKINASUM

48 Chickens,approximately 3 months old and weighing 2 kilograms,were divited randomly into 2 groups.The first one as experiment,the second one as positive control. By the swollen degree,simulated active flexion,work of flexion and histological observation after 5,10,20,35 days.The results showed that all parameters of experimental group are better than ones of positive control group.There are significant difference (p<0.01,0.05).The urokinasum do not affect the intensity of tendon.The histology showed that little adhesion were found between the tendon and around tissue, and the fibre construction of the tendon were normal.The preliminary study suggested that the urokinasum can reduce adhesion.3 patients(6 digits) were used topically with urokinasum,and better effects were acquired.
