| 摘 要： | 通过构建家族企业融资行为函数，分别分析在计划经济、有计划商品经济和市场经济时期不同融资制度条件下中国家族企业融资行为的变迁和制约因素．揭示家族企业无论处于哪一个发展阶段，家族都始终掌握着最大比例的所有权，绝不会轻易放弃对企业所有权的绝对控制地位，表现在融资结构上家族所占的比例为绝对优势。

| Abstract: | By setting up the financing behavior function of family firm, the author separately analyzes the factors that influence the financing behavior and its changes under different financing systems, such as, planned economy, planned commodity economy and market economy. This paper puts forward that the family firms account for the absolute predominance proportion at financing structure and never give up the controllable states under any circumstances. |
