| 摘 要： | 据国家人力和社会保障部统计,2011年全国高校毕业生为660万人,比2010年的630万多30万人,需要就业的毕业生数量很大,在后金融危机时代,高校毕业生就业形势十分严峻,这些没有就业的大学生已经成为一个庞大的社会群体,如果就业问题得不到很好解决,可能会引起社会不和谐、不稳定.本文针对目前严峻的就业形势从社会和学生自身以及用人单位三个角度研究大学生就业难的原因,以期探索出有助于缓解大学生就业难问题的有效途径.
