| 摘 要： | 目前学校德育的实效性问题越来越被德育界各方人士所重视,在被广泛关注的背景下也说明我们当前学校德育实效性较低的一个不争的事实.德育实效性较低的成因是多方面的,其中德育管理的缺失是重要成因之一,本文以德育实效性为出发点,从德育管理层面中的德育教师管理对学校德育的作用进行探讨,并提出了完善中学德育管理的几点建议.
