| 摘 要： | 新形势下油田家属稳定工作面临更加严峻的形势,要进一步理顺家属与企业的关系,教育引导油田家属正确处理改革、发展、稳定的关系,正确看待个人利益、集体利益的关系,依法维护自己的合法权益,积极支持、参与企业的改革发展,推动企业健康持续稳定发展.各级党政组织和家属管理部门要根据经济社会变革和家属状况的变化,积极探索创新信访家属工作的途径与方法,建立完善做好油田家属稳定工作的长效机制,进一步增强工作的针对性和实效性.
