本文首先指出了批注不一定导致提单的不清洁，然后从不同性质的批注对货物表面及包装的不同影响出发，探讨了卖方为取得清洁提单的不同做法，以期达到减少提单与货物实际情况不符，增进单据买卖与货物买卖两者之间和谐的目的。

On the Remarks of Bill of Lading

This paper points out that the remarks unnecessarily make the B/L unclean. Mean-while, in order to shorten the distance between the B/L and the actual conditions of the goods,and therefore enhance the harmony of the sales of documents and the sales of goods, it is searchingfor different ways for the seller to get clean B/L on the basis of kinds of remarks' different influ-ence on the goods' actual conditions and its package.
