| 摘 要： | 采用辅助起偏器件可实现对分光度计(或单色仪)偏振响应的一次性标定测量,因而在光谱测量中无需添置任何辅件即可精确测得各向异性样品的偏光透射谱,与传统的测量方法相比,测量手续大为简化而又不失精度。

| Abstract: | A method of measuring the polarization response of spectropho tometers is presented, by which the polarized transmission spectra of dichroic samples can be measured directly without using any accessory adding to the instrument. The performance is simpler and the result is reliable comparedwith that in conventional methods. |
