On the Exploitation and Utilization of the Electronic Resources in Libraries in Network Environment

The article discussed the status quo of the exploitation and utilization of electronic resources in libraries in network environment, explored the existing problems concerning it and countermeasures. Libraries should make a full use of their special advantage in making a cooperative and in depth exploitation of electronic resources, establishing some special databases to fit in with the information competition to seek a better developing prospects in network environment.
