车辆压黄线电子警察系统的研究与实现

行驶的车辆压黄线是一种严重的交通违法行为,可能导致和对面行驶的车辆发生碰撞,发生极为严重的交通事故。因此,阐述了利用视频采集技术,实时采集路面状态;利用视频检测技术,检测车辆是否有违法压黄线行为;利用高分辨率数码相机抓拍对于有压黄线行为的车辆;利用传输介质,上传违法数据到交警指挥中心指定服务器。并对其中关键技术进行了分析。

Research and Realization of E-Police System for Detection of Vehicle Violation of Yellow Line

It is a serious offence if violation of yellow line happens while driving,which might cause the collision of vehicles from opposite side and lead to terrible traffic accident.This article discusses the system scheme and key technology of using video acquisition technology to acquire the real-time road situation,using video detection technology to detect whether violation of yellow line exists,using high resolution digital camera to snapshot the vehicles which violate the yellow lines and using transmission medium to upload the data of violation to the designated server of traffic police command center.
