基于掌握学习理论的成人英语教学改革探索

摘    要:成人英语教学是我国大学英语教学的盲点,传统的英语教学方法和模式已不能满足成人学生的需求。"掌握学习"理论面向全体学生,给予充分的时间和恰当的教学,让所有学生都能掌握所学内容。运用这一理论在成人教育中进行大学英语教学改革,有效地提高了教学质量,成功地解决了差生教育问题。

Abstract:Adult English teaching is always ignored in college English teaching.Traditional English teaching methods and model can not meet the needs of adult students.Mastery learning theory,which is for all the students,gives sufficient time and appropriate instruction to the students so that all of them can master what they learn.The college English teaching reform was performed by applying this theory in adult education,can effectively improve the quality of teaching and successfully solve the education problem of weak students in learning.
