摘    要:建立了利用ICP - AES准确、快速、直接测定纯镉中Pb、Zn、Fe、Cu、Sn、Tl、Sb、As、Ag、Ni等10种杂质元素的分析方法,优化了ICP - AES的分析条件,采用标准基体匹配的方法消除基体效应.结果表明:Pb、Zn、Fe、Cu、Sn、Tl、Sb、As、Ag、Ni等十种杂质元素在0.05μg/ml~1.0μg/ml范围内有良好的均线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999;各元素的检出限在0.0009 μg/ml~0.0084μg/ml之间;相对标准偏差RSD< 4.80%;回收率在93.68% ~ 104.41%之间.本方法能满足工业化生产纯镉中微量杂质元素快速分析的要求.

Abstract:Analysis methods to evaluate fast and direct ten impurity elements,such as lead,zinc,iron,copper,tin,thallium,antimony,arsenic,silver and nickel in pure cadmium are employed through ICP-AES,which optimize the analysis condition of ICP-AES and substrate effect is eliminated by standard substrate match.The result shows that when the impurities of lead,zinc,iron,copper,tin,thallium,antimony,arsenic,silver and nickel is in 0.05μg/ml~1.0μg/ml,even linear relation exists and the relative coefficients are more than 0.9998;the detection limit of each element is 0.0009μg /ml ~0.0084μg /ml;the relative standard deviation is 0.64%~4.80%;the recovery is 93.68% ~104.41%.This method can meet the industrialization demand of fast analysis of micro-impurities in producing pure cadmium.
