| Abstract: | Development of transport prior to the economic development is a pre- condition and guarantee for economic take-off. The development of transport industry before the economic development is closely related with the economy which is controlled by the market economic system. The planning economic system which has ruled China for a long time is the basic cause of long-term stagnant of the Chinese Railway development. |
