摘    要:桩基在使用期间的负摩擦力可能产生非常大的下拉荷载和沉降,使基础产生的不均匀沉降,对建筑物造成危害,结合某住宅小区沉降变形,分析了桩基负摩擦力产生的机理及计算方法.

Abstract:During in the use of the pile which negative skin friction may arise very large pull-down load and settlement,which make the basis have a different settlement harmed the buildings,the article combine a residential settlement deformation of residential architecture with to analyze the mechanism and calculation method of the generated negative skin friction of the pile.
