摘    要:将有限元中残数及形函数应用到外推边界条件下的漫射方程中,得到了组织中辐射通量的值;模拟时采用多层的人头部组织,对其进行二维剖分网格、组装,最后用计算机进行计算.结果表明:光在生物组织中的分布利用二维有限元法结合漫射近似模拟,既可以对传统模型无法研究的复杂多层组织进行研究,又比蒙特卡罗方法大大缩短了计算时间.有限元方法是模拟生物组织中光分布的一种较有效的方法.

Abstract:Values of radial flux in tissue are estimated as remnant number and figure function in Finite Element Method (FEM) are applied to the diffusion equation in extrapolating boundary condition. In the practical calculation, a multi-layered tissue of human head, which is divided into many small sections and then reassembled, is taken as the object of study. The results indicate that FEM, along with diffusion approximation method, is an effective approach to simulate distributing of light in biology tissue. This approach not only can simulate the complex and multi-layered tissue which cannot be studied by model method, but also may greatly reduce computing time compared with Monte Carlo method.
