相似准则在管流摩阻系数测试试验中的应用

摘    要:压裂液在压裂施工过程中的管流摩阻值是确定井底压力以及井口施工压力非常重要的数据,大多数人针对某一地区使用修正后的管流摩阻计算公式计算管流摩阻值。本文应用雷诺数相似准则,通过室内试验装置测定压裂施工设计的压裂液管流摩阻系数,计算现场施工的压裂液管流摩阻值。结合一批不带封隔器压裂井现场实际施工资料进行计算管流摩阻,其计算管流摩阻值与实测管流摩阻值进行对比,计算管流摩阻值相对误差小于10%,该方法可以指导现场压裂施工设计。

Abstract:When fracturing,the frictional resistance in the pipe of fracturing fluid is very important data to determine the bottom hole pressure and the construction pressure of wellhead , most people calculation the frictional resistance by modified formula in a region . This paper applied Reynolds number similarity criterion, through the laboratory test device test fracturing fluid coefficient of friction resistance in pipe for fracture construction designed,to calculation the frictional resistance in the pipe of fracturing fluid for fracturing construction. Combined with fracturing construction material by a batch of wells which have no packer to calculation frictional resistance in the pipe of fracturing fluid, comparing the calculated result with the measured result, the relative error of calculated result less than 10%, this method can guide the fracture construction design.
