摘    要:电动助力转向系统(EPS)是复杂机电一体化的系统,在助力过程中控制策略起着决定性的作用.在动力学分析基础上,根据电动助力转向系统的数学模型,建立了EPS的Simulink仿真模型.在确定控制系统的结构后,对给定信号进行低通滤波,同时采用转向盘扭矩反馈和电流环反馈进行闭环控制,降低了系统的跟踪误差.仿真和实验结果表明,采取适时主动阻尼的低通滤波控制措施降低了跟踪误差,助力效果明显,系统动态响应特性良好.

Abstract:Electric power steering(EPS) is a complicated electro-mechanical system. Control strategy plays a decisive role in the process of assistance. Based on the kinetics analysis, mathematics model and Simulink based simulation model of electric power steering were established. Low-pass filter was used to reduce the tracking error for determined structure of the control system. Further, close-loop control was realized by using steering torque and motor current as feedback signals respectively. Simulation and experiment show that the proposed control strategy could reduce tracking error effectively, and the dynamic response of the system is good.
