一种新的配电网小接地电流故障选线监测方法

摘    要:在配电网系统中,故障点经高阻接地或者中性点经消弧线圈接地使得故障电流比较小,无法使用传统的过流继电器动作或者熔断器熔断。因此,提出了一种适用于辐射状配电网的、基于特定频率电压信号叠加原理的单相接地故障选线新方法。仿真结果证明这种方法对于任何形式的接地故障选线都比较准确。

Abstract:In the distribution network system, fault point via high resistance ground or neutral grounding via arc suppression coil make the fault current is relatively small, unable to use conventional over-current relay or fuse. Therefore, this paper puts forward a single phase earth fault line selection method based on the specific frequency voltage signal superposition principle, which suitable for radial distribution networks. Simulation results show that this method are more accurate for any form of ground fault line selection.
