交流伺服控制系统的ITAE控制策略应用研究

摘    要:针对某交流伺服控制系统负载变化范围大、控制精度要求高,PID控制难以满足要求的特点,设计了一种基于ITAE标准传递函数的控制器,并进行了仿真和试验研究。结果表明,该控制器对负载参数变化不敏感,系统过渡过程平稳,超调小,无静差,控制精度高,鲁棒性强。

Abstract:The AC servo system has the features of heavy duty, largely varying load, high position precision and the control algorithm of PID can not satisfy the requirement of the system. Focused on these, we has designed a controller based on the ITAE standard transfer function and carried out the simulating calculation and experiment. The results of simulation has showed that this controller is insensitive to parameter variety, resist the external interferes, and have a high control precision and excellent robust approach.
