摘    要:采用经过浮选碳后的粉煤灰、工业废渣磷石膏、生石灰、骨料为原料制备蒸压砖。实验结果表明:含有残留浮选药剂的脱碳粉煤灰制备蒸压砖是可行的,当脱碳粉煤灰掺入量70%,磷石膏掺入量3%时,在自然养护3d,蒸压温度200℃,保温时间10h的工艺条件下制备蒸压砖,该制品抗压强度为17.5MPa.达到JC239-2001《粉煤灰砖》中MU15的强度指标要求。

Abstract:Decarburized fly ash, phosphogypsum, quick lime and aggregate were adopted as material to prepare autoclaved brick. The results show that it is feasible to prepare the brick by decarburized fly ash containing flotation reagent. The compressive strength of the bricks reached 17.5 MPa, with the incorporation of 70% decarburized fly ash, 3% phosphogypsum, and under natural curing for 3 d and autoclave curing for 10 h at 200 ℃. It attains to the JC239-2001 fly ash brick in the intensity of the indicator MUIS.
