唐菖蒲种球形成过程中的部分生理特性研究

摘    要:以唐菖蒲栽培品种“友谊”和“马加列”为试材,对唐菖蒲种球形成及膨大过程中的地上与地下部分生长的关系及其部分生理特性进行了研究。结果表明:唐菖蒲新种球在抽葶期时开始形成,盛花期以后新种球迅速生长;唐菖蒲种球形成过程中,地上部分叶片、茎段中的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量呈下降趋势,母球中的可溶性糖含量呈下降-上升-下降的趋势,可溶性蛋白质含量逐渐下降;而新球中的可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白质含量呈上升的趋势。

Abstract:Using Gladiolus cultivation varieties "Friendship"and"Mascasni" as materials,some growing relation and physiological characteristics between onground and underground were studied in the forming and expansion of the new Gladiolus corm.Results indicated that the new Gladiolus corm began to form during sprouting and grew rapidly after flowering;In the forming of Gladiolus corm,the soluble sugar content and the soluble protein content in the onground leaves and stems decreased,the trend of the soluble sugar content was decreased-increased decreased and the soluble protein content gradually decreased in the mother corm;but the trend of the soluble sugar content and the soluble protein content in the new corm was increased.
