| 摘 要： | 《道德经》所宣扬的“守和”“守柔”“守中”重要思想,内涵相通,都是道性的体现。太极拳技理、技法的总纲是“阴阳相济”,深受《道德经》的影响,其从外在的形式到内在的劲道、从战术的运用到实战时机的把握等,都是《道德经》“守和”“守柔”“守中”思想的具体运用。用《道德经》指导太极拳的理论与实践,可利于太极拳回归技击、修炼、道德教化及文化传承等本来价值。

| Abstract: | Harmony,gentleness and the mean between extremes in Tao Te Ching are important representatives of fundamental principles of the classic and have similar connotation. Deeply influenced by Tao Te Ching,Taijiquan has techniques and principles complementing Yin and Yang.They are the specific application of harmony,gentleness and the mean between extremes from external manifestation to internal strength,and from tactical use to combating opportunity grasp.Guided by Tao Te Ching in theory and practice,Taijiquan will return to its original values of fighting,cultivation,moral education and cultural inheritance. |
