烟盒第六面外观检测装置的设计

为解决烟盒第六面外观缺陷剔除问题，设计一套由CCD工业相机、图像采集器、图像显示屏和IO电路等组成的烟盒第六面外观检测装置。该装置采用Micro Ⅱ系统GDL程序和Otsu阈值分割算法，对ZB45型包装机生产过程中的烟盒第六面外观图像进行识别，准确检测并有效剔除第六面存在条码、文字信息等外观缺陷的产品。实验结果表明:设计的烟盒第六面外观检测装置的剔除准确率达9971%，使用检测装置后烟盒外观缺陷检出率提高0034 6%。

Design of a Visual Inspection Device for Bottom side of the Cigarette Packs

To eliminate the visual defect on the bottom side of the cigarette pack,a visual inspection device for bottom side of the cigarette pack is designed,which is mostly composed of CCD camera,image collector,screen and IO circuit.Using the GDL program of Micro Ⅱ control system and OTSU thresholding algorithm,it inspects the bottom side of the cigarette pack produced by ZB45 packer,and accurately and effectively removes the visual defects of bar code,text and the like.The experimental results show that the designed visual detection device has a 99.71% accuracy rate raising the appearance defect rate of cigarette boxes by 0.034 6%.
