| 摘 要： | 论述了一种基于于维视觉测量的刀形检测及调位系统。分析了系统进行刀形测量的原理，以及视觉系统硬件解调测量的实现方法，并给出了相关测量数据。系统的研制实现了高效、精确、自动的刀形检测和刀具位置调整、为高精度数控加工提供了保障。

| Abstract: | A computer vision based measuring system for the 2 D tool form measurement is described in this paper.We analyze the system construction and the principle of detection,and pay more attention to the edge detection of the vision system.At last,some detecting results and accurate analysis are given.This system is capable of carrying out high efficiency,high accuracy and the tool detection of the automatic machine,and making it possible to serve high accurate production. |
