| 摘 要： | 加氢脱硫催化剂是石油化工行业的最重要催化剂之一，ＩＵＰＡＣ等单位为此建立了催化活性测定的标准方法。测定选用噻酚为反应特征硫化物并以正已烷为溶剂。标准方法对微型反应器的构成及流程设置、催化剂的处理和称量、预硫化剂配制和操作程序、反应物浓度、流率和反应温度等都做了具体说明，本文介绍采用标准方法的仪器流程配置、试验步骤和测定结果。

| Abstract: | Hydrodesulphurization catalyst is one of the most important catalysts in the petrochemical industry.A standardization program for activity testing of HDS catalyst has been established by IUPAC etc.Thiophene is selected as representative sulphur compound for reaction and n hexane as solvent.Specific statements are included in the standardization program as for the structure of microreactor and the experimental apparatus,the treatment and weighting of catalyst,the preparation of presulfiding agent and operating procedure,the concentration and flow rate of reactant and reaction temperature.This paper provide the experimental apparatus,testing procedure and results based on the standardization program. |
