二氧化碳,环氧氯丙烷和环氧树脂的三元共聚

摘    要:以稀土络合体系Y(P204)3-Al(CH2CH(CH3O2)3(P204=(RO)2POO-,R=CH3(CH2)3CH(C2H5)CH2-)催化二氧化碳,环氧氯丙烷和环氧树脂(E-51)进行三元共聚,由元素分析,红外光谱,广角X-射线衍射,热重分析仪及DSC对催化体系及其共聚物为表征,加入E-51后,共聚物的结构规整性下降,其分子量增大,并产生交联,耐热性提高。

Abstract:In this paper,carbon dioxide,epichlorohydrin and epoxy resin (E 51) were terpolymerized using rare earth coordination catalysts.These catalysts and terpolymer were characterized by element analysis,IR Spectra,wide angle X ray scattering spectra,thermal gravimetry (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).After adding E 51,the terpolymer structural regularity decreases,molecular weight increases and it has cross link.Its thermostability increases.
