几种工程陶瓷的延性域磨削

摘    要:在几种磨削条件下,采用不同粒度金刚石石砂轮对工程陶瓷材料进行了延性域磨削,着重研究了磨粒尺寸和各磨削参数对陶瓷材料磨削过程中脆性/延性转换的和各磨削转换的影响,并用微粉金刚石砂轮(W2.5)进行ZrO2、Sialon和Si3N4陶瓷的超精密磨削,获得表面粗糙度Ra3,4,8nm的超光滑镜面最后采用STM对上述精密镜面的形貌和细节进行了观测,为解释延性域磨削的表面形成机理提出了依据。

Abstract:The ductile regime grinding of engineering ceramics were carried with various grain diamond wheels in several grinding conditions,and the influence of grain size and grinding parameters on the brittle/ductile transition in grinding process was investegated.Several precise ductile mirror surfaces with the roughness of about 3,4,8 nm R a could be generated when ZrO 2,Sialon and Si 3N 4 ceramics were ground by fine grain diamond wheel with a grain size W2.5.The topography and details of precise mirror surface were measured by STM (Scanning Tunnel Microscope),it is beneficial to explain the surface formation mechanism in ductile regime grinding.
